We wanted you all to know that we are working endlessly to make sure your first visit back to Rouge is a safe one. Our clients’ and stylists’ safety is our first priority and we are thinking of you every step of the way. We want you to have peace of mind sitting in your chair, while also getting that cut and color you’ve been waiting for. To do this, we have a few guidelines our clients’ and stylists’ must abide by.
Service by Appointment only
Please plan your visit accordingly,
By leaving your entourage at home. No children or pets in the salon.
Leave extra belongings (jackets) in your car or at home. We will not have a coat check at this time. You will be draped at the chair.
Beverages are notpermitted in salon at this time.
Masks are to be worn at all timesinside the salon. Vented masks are not permitted in salons. Face coverings must contain nose and mouth. No exceptions.
If you forget yours, you can purchase one for $5.
Arriving at the salon:
We will nothave a waiting area inside the salon at this time.
When you arrive for your appointment, please arrive on time and call the salon
650-780-0959 upon arrival to check in. We will call you back when your stylist is ready for you.
You are welcome to wait in your car or outside.
Please wash your hands before entering at our wash station at the entrance of the salon.
We will be taking temperatures upon entry. It must be below 100.4 degrees to come in for your appointment.
Must sign a new client release form.
Please do not handle the products. Your stylist will help you with product.
If you think you’re exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, FLU, COLD or been exposed to someone with COVID-19a day or two prior to your appointment, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
If you have a cough or fever, we will not be able to take you and you will have to reschedule your appointment, no exceptions.
We will require a 24hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged with a day of cancellation. Please be aware that we have a waitlist and need proper notice in order to prepare and accommodate everyone.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will need to provide a Credit Card to rebook. No exceptions.
“No shows” will be subject to cancellation charge.
All rebooking of appointments will need to be done over the phone or by email.
